MELBOURNE, Jan. 23 (Xinhua) -- Prospects of Rafael Nadal reaching the final of the Australian Open have heightened after a dominant performance over Frenchman Gael Monfils to close out round four of the Australian Open.
""For me (this win) means a lot because for me I really start the season playing quarterfinals in a Grand Slam again, especially on hard court after a couple of years without being in this round is a great news,"" Nadal told reporters after sending the world no. five home early.
""(I'm) very happy with an important victory against a very good opponent.""
It'll be a tough ask though after the 6-3, 6-3, 4-6, 6-4 win on a very humid Monday night with Nadal to face a strong test with Canada's Milos Raonic in the quarters.
""He's an opponent that (will) make you feel that you're playing with a lot of pressure all the time because his serve is huge and he's playing very aggressive from the baseline Homme Air Max 97 Noir Argent Solde ,"" Nadal said.
