It can be overwhelming and exhausting. When my clients stumbled into this house at a Sunday open they were enthralled. What started out as a whim turned into wanting to make a commitment. 8 offers later we were told they were close but someone else had won. The other agent asked me if my clients would like to go into a back-up position.
