(SportsNetwork.com) - The Pittsburgh Penguins will aim to eliminate the upstart Columbus Blue Jackets on Monday, as the clubs battle in Mondays Game 6 at Nationwide Arena. The Penguins, who are seeded second in the East, were tied at 2-2 with Columbus before gaining an edge in the best-of-seven series with Saturdays 3-1 victory in Pittsburgh. If Pittsburgh fails to wrap up the series tonight in Columbus, the clubs will play a decisive Game 7 in the Steel City on Wednesday. Columbus, which had never won a playoff contest before this series, has little margin for error in Game 6. Blue Jackets center Mark Letestu hopes facing elimination can bring the best out of his club. "I mean, if theyre going to push, what are we going to do?," Letestu said. "Its back in our building and our backs are against the wall. When there is adversity, this is the best that this team has played all year. I expect this first elimination game for everybody to play with their hair on fire." Columbus is 1-1 on home ice in this series, losing Game 3 to the Pens before rebounding with an overtime victory in the next encounter. The Blue Jackets are 1-3 all-time at Nationwide Arena in the postseason. The Blue Jackets had lost six straight home games against the Penguins before notching a victory in Game 4. Columbus and Pittsburgh were tied at 1-1 after 40 minutes on Saturday, but Jussi Jokinen scored the eventual game-winner at 6:16 of the third period. Kris Letang added an empty-netter with 1:01 left in regulation to seal the win for the Penguins and put them one victory away from advancing to the second round. After a rough outing in Game 4, Pens goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury bounced back by making 23 saves for the win. Chris Kunitz had a goal and an assist in the victory. Sidney Crosby added an assist to give him five helpers in the series, but he has yet to score a goal. After his club grabbed a 3-2 lead on Saturday, the Pens captain talked about the difficulty of closing out a series. "We have to realize theyre going to be as desperate as theyve been," Crosby said of tonights Game 6 battle. "It doesnt get any easier. We know the fourth one is the toughest." Crosbys teammate Evgeni Malkin also has yet to score over the first five games, but he has four assists. Boone Jenner scored the one goal for Columbus on Saturday, while Sergei Bobrovsky single-handedly kept his team in the game with a 48-save loss. "It was one of those performances where you come into an opposing rink, thats a game that your goaltender can steal for you," Columbus head coach Todd Richards said. "We just werent able to do enough in the offensive zone." Columbus defensemen Fedor Tyutin and Ryan Murray each returned to the lineup after missing time with lower-body injuries. Tyutin missed the previous two games, while Murray was held out of Game 4. Penguins defenseman Robert Bortuzzo made his NHL playoff debut in Game 5, replacing injured blueliner Brooks Orpik. Pittsburgh hasnt disclosed the specifics of Orpiks injury and he is questionable for tonight. Roy Miller Authentic Jersey . A year ago, as newly appointed general manager Masai Ujiri bided his time and sat out of a lacklustre 2013 draft, this scenario seemed highly improbable. The Raptors, like every other team in the association, had at least one eye on this years rookie crop, one of the most highly touted and eagerly anticipated ever to enter the league. Despite the advantage of four Fijians being sent to the sin-bin in eight minutes early in the first half, Italy almost spoiled the occasion for two of their rugby greats by blowing a 30-10 lead with 20 minutes to go. http://www.shopthejaguarsonline.com/Elite-Bryan-Anger-Jaguars-Jersey/. The Montreal Canadiens goaltenders dogs Motty ("short for Mozart") and Duke got loose overnight. Carson Tinker .C. -- The Grand Rapids Griffins are back atop the Western Conference thanks to a gritty come-from-behind win Saturday night. Tyson Alualu Jersey . NHL hockey is returning to the Manitoba capital. The True North Sports and Entertainment group announced on Tuesday that they have completed a deal to purchase the Atlanta Thrashers and move them to Winnipeg in time for the 2011-12 season. MIAMI -- Martin Prado delivered the go-ahead single in the 11th inning. It was Dan Ugglas single in the fifth that drew the biggest cheer in the Atlanta Braves dugout, though. Uggla extended his hitting streak to 30 games with an infield single off Clay Hensley to tie Andre Ehtier for the majors longest hitting streak of the season and the Braves beat the Florida Marlins 4-3 on Tuesday night. "The loudest cheer of the night in our dugout was when he beat out that ball," Braves third baseman Chipper Jones said. "You can say what you want to about the home run and scoring that run, I think we were all too tired to cheer in the 10th or 11th, whatever it was. When he got that hit, the whole dugout erupted." The streak is the third-longest in Braves franchise history. Tommy Holmes hit in 37 straight games in 1945. "This time I hit a single and I let Prado do all the damage tonight," Uggla said. The start of the game was delayed one hour and 11 minutes due to rain, which left a wet outfield that benefited the Braves in the final inning. Michael Bourn doubled to right off Edward Mujica (8-4) with one out in the 11th. Prado then singled to shallow right field, which slowed in the wet grass, and Mike Stantons throw went over catcher Brett Hayes head, allowing Bourn to score. "I knew (Bourn) was going to go," Prado said. "Sometimes you have got to risk. The grass was wet, there were a lot of factors, and fortunately he scored." Prado also homered, tied a career high with four hits and drove in three runs. "Good for us and good for him," Braves manager Fredi Gonzalez said. "The last two or three games hes been getting upset with himself, hes such a perfectionist. Im glad that he got some opportunities to drive in some runs." Craig Kimbrel got Mike Cameron to ground into a double play to record his 36th save in 41 chances. "That ball Cameron hit was a rocket," Gonzalez said. George Sherrill (3-1) pitched a scoreless ninth to earn the win. Braves starter Brandon Beachy struck out 10 and did not allow a run in 6 2-3 innings. "Ive really been focusing on attacking guys instead of worrying about striking them out," Beachy said. "If that happens, great." Uggla finished 1 for 6 against his former club and is hitting .220 on the season. He was batting .173 when his streak began, the lowest average for any hitter wiith more than 10 at-bats at the start of a 30-game streak since at least 1918, according to STATS LLC.dddddddddddd "Hes not a guy that you would think (of doing that), like a Luis Castillo who sprays the ball around everywhere," said Marlins infielder Wes Helms, who played four seasons in Florida with Uggla. "Hes there to drive the ball into the gaps and drive it over the fence, and for a guy like that to put a 30-game hit streak up, I think its pretty special." The Marlins have lost six straight since climbing to .500 for the first time since June 12. "To go 10 or 11 innings and only get four hits, its tough," Marlins manager Jack McKeon said. Florida had a golden opportunity to score in the eighth after Eric OFlaherty walked the bases loaded with one out. OFlaherty then struck out Logan Morrison swinging and caught Cameron looking at a called strike three to end the threat. "I thought we were going to win the game in the bottom of the eighth inning," McKeon said. "The bases are loaded, just put the ball in play, we just couldnt put the ball in play." John Buck hit a three-run homer to deep left field in the seventh inning to tie the game at 3 immediately after Anthony Varvaro relieved Beachy. Prados 11th home run in the fifth gave the Braves a two-run lead, and he had an RBI single in the sixth to stretch the lead to 3-0, ending Hensleys outing. "You saw the big home run that put us up 2-0, but the guy can fillet balls into the right field with the best of them," Jones said. "Hes a good hitter, a .300 hitter. Hes not hitting .300, but I would not be surprised to see him there before too long." Hensley allowed eight hits in 5 2-3 innings. Notes: It was the fifth time Prado had four hits in a game. The last time was May 16, 2010, against Arizona. ... Braves SS Alex Gonzalez extended his hitting streak to 10 games with a single in the second. ... Marlins SS Hanley Ramirez (shoulder) missed his sixth straight game and a stint on the DL is a possibility according to McKeon. ... Marlins All-Star 1B Gaby Sanchez is hitting .215 after the break and was held out of the starting lineup. "I think hes trying too hard," McKeon said. ... The Braves will send RHP Tim Hudson to the mound Wednesday. He is 10-4 in 21 starts against the Marlins, who will counter with Anibal Sanchez as he looks for his first win since June 10. ' ' '
