"Meine Haare begannen 18 Tage nach meiner ersten Chemositzung in Klumpen zu fallen und drei Wochen sp?ter rasierte ich Adidas Stan Smith Dam ab, was übrig war. Ich habe auch meine Augenbrauen und Wimpern verloren. Es war wirklich schrecklich, meine letzte Wimpernzange baumeln zu sehen und Adidas Gazelle Donna dann endlich herunterzufallen war total deprimierend. Ich erkannte mich kaum wieder. Allerdings hatte ich von anderen Frauen geh?rt, die an einer LGFB-Sitzung teilgenommen hatten, bei der sie sich viel besser fühlten, also dachte ich, ich würde es versuchen.
"Es war sch?n, in einem Raum voller anderer Frauen zu sein, die ?hnliche Erfahrungen gemacht hatten, weil sie wussten, dass alle anderen es verstanden. Ich war nicht viel von einem Make-up-Tr?ger vor Krebs (abgesehen von ausgehen), aber die LGFB Freiwilligen waren erstaunlich und nahmen sich Zeit, um zu sprechen und demonstrieren die verschiedenen Produkte. Ich hatte noch nie zuvor einen Augenbrauenstift benutzt, aber ich war viel Nike Air Max 97 Donna sicherer darin, ihn sp?ter anzuwenden. Wir bekamen auch einige fantastische Produkte: Ich denke über den Kurs jedes Mal nach, wenn ich Rouge anziehe! "Ich war schon immer ein begeisterter L?ufer - es war dank meiner Brüste, die durch das Abnehmen schrumpften, dass ich meine Beule in der erster Platz. Bald nach der Diagnose suchte ich nach positiven Krebsgeschichten und stie? auf eine amerikanische Fernsehmoderatorin namens Jennifer Griffin, die ebenfalls einen dreifach negativen Brustkrebs hatte und die Mutter von kleinen Kindern war. Sie hatte super gesund gegessen und in der ganzen Chemotherapie trainiert, am Morgen jeder Sitzung. Inspiriert von ihrer positiven Einstellung tat ich das Gleiche, Nike Free Run 3 Donna wodurch die Endorphine in Schwung kamen und ich mich positiver fühlte. Gegen Ende wurde es immer schwerer und ich fiel mit ungef?hr drei Chemositzungen Nike Air Max 90 Mujer hinüber (ich stolperte auf dem Bürgersteig, da ich ziemlich niedergeschlagen und schwach war). Also machte ich stattdessen mit Fitness-DVDs drinnen weiter.
"Drei Wochen nach dem Ende der Chemo hatte ich eine Lumpektomie. Als ich nach der Operation aufwachte, fühlte ich mich absolut schrecklich und hatte danach eine Woche lang einen Bauchwanzen, aber ich erholte mich langsam wieder. Bald danach wurde mir gesagt, dass ich eine komplette Reaktion auf die Chemotherapie hatte, für die ich sehr erleichtert und glücklich war. Zwei Monate sp?ter hatte ich 23 Strahlentherapien.
