Mijn vriendin Nike Air Max 270 Mujer Liz Goodchild draait alles om het zetten van grote, enge doelen en op weg gaan in hun richting. Ze doet dit in haar eigen leven en helpt anderen het te doen via haar werk als life coach.
Liz vroeg me of ze me kon interviewen voor een reeks interviews die ze op haar blog doet. Dit is een foto van mij en Liz afwerking van de Frankfurt Marathon hand in hand als we de finish overschrijden. Ik dacht dat het gepast was - het somt onze vriendschap op en wat ze doet.
Ik rende langs het meer naar Zell, door de stad en langs het meer aan de andere kant voor het begin van twee ronden. Ik heb veel lopers gepasseerd. Correctie: ik heb veel triatleten doorstaan. Ik zag Dom, de solo-concurrent, en Steve op de heen en terug secties. Ik staarde naar de bergen en het meer en de mooie stad. Ik was blij dat ik net aan het rennen was toen ik triatleten passeerde die alles hadden gegeven. Ik had een goed seizoen met racetraithlons,Asics Gel Lyte 3 Donna maar ik was terug waar ik me het meest thuis voelde: hardlopen.
Als hardloper kreeg ik het voorrecht de finish af te lopen, dwars door het hart van Zell. Menigte had aan weerszijden van de laatste honderd meter gelegen. Ik heb veel kinderen high-fived, liep onder de finishlijn en verzamelde drie medailles. Ons team was in 6 uur en 19 minuten klaar. Ik had het spel in 1:48 gedaan. Niet slecht voor een triatleet, dacht ik.
Hardlopen en triatlon kan een beetje een eenzame sport zijn. Of je nu eerder als solo-concurrent een triatlon hebt gedaan of niet, ik raad je echt aan deel te nemen aan een estafette-evenement. Het is een geweldige manier om deel te nemen aan de sport als je nieuw bent en een briljante manier om ervan te genieten met vrienden. Of zelfs, zoals ik deed, complete Nike Air Max Tavas Femme vreemden waar je een goede tijd mee kunt hebben.
