I was just Adidas NEO Trainers Cheap UK wondering if there is a shoe you might use for recovery days other than a Kinvara as I have recently been getting some it band issues after about 6-7 miles into a run along with a bit of heel/ achillies soreness. I tried Saucony ride 6 but they drive my achillies nuts and seem to high even at 8mm drop. I seem to gravitate toward Saucony as the Kinvaras have served me well, but am open to suggestion on other brands maybeâ¦I land mid foot with slight heel from time to time as weâll?Thanks Larry! You could try the Saucony Mirage, which is also 4mm drop and a bit more traditional in its construction, or maybe one of the Brooks Pure shoes (Flow, Cadence). Iâd also put a plug in for the Skechers GoRun as a recovery shoe, nice soft ride and super comfortable.

Aside from a little refinement in the upper design and the midsole arch, the adizero XT 5 is really the type of trail shoe Iâm looking for, would love to see more of, and I donât understand why more companies donât put out shoes like it. Take a marathon racing shoe geometry, add a very small amount of increased upper security (very smallâ¦too many overbuilt uppers), especially on the lateral forefoot, and put a full coverage, but low profile black rubber outsole on it. I just ran a half marathon in my new Grid type 5âs, wow. I use Kinvara for the marathons but for the HM they were fantasic, stayed cool and worked well. I cant wait for my Hagios to arrive to compare the two.True to size for me, same as my Kinvaras perhaps fractionally looser due to the less structure in the upper but very comfortable. I ran the half in them after only 30ks of running them in. the only issue I had was around corners and slightly less on down hills where both these situations saw my foot to move around but with no undue effects. No black toes or anything, I guess thats what you get for such a minimal shoe. Im forcing myself to have a 10k run tomorrow in my Kinvarras because the Grid 5s have taken over and I need to keep my feet used to them for the next marathon. Im waiting for Kinvara 3s to be released in Australia. Ive also been reading about the Adidas Rush, cant see the drop on them anywhere? cheers,also Ive found since switching to the elastic laces my feet move around but much more importantly for me they are allowed to expand as the long race goes on, so this might be the reason they are moving around?

Really like this shoe, with 2 exceptions: 1) the upper material is rather plasticky and not very supple and 2) itâs loud (the sound when running, not the color). The shoe is nice and light with a wider toe box so thatâs really good. I have to say thought that this shoe doesnât seem much like the mizuno universe (at least the universe v3 that Iâve run in a lot). The universe is certainly more flexible, lower height, less drop, lower weight, and softer. It also has a way different tongue and lacing setup. If anything, Iâd compare the hagio to the Nike streak xc 3.I agree on the Hagio upper â thatâs the weak point of the shoe. I canât run sockless in them. I also agree that it is a different shoe than the Mizuno, just compare Adidas Originals Womens Trainers UK d them because the Universe is my other favorite racing flat.
